We bring this approach to all that we do and tirelessly work with our customers to find simple answers to complex questions.
Our Roots:
DreamWeaver LLC was founded by Trinanjan Gupta (TJ) and Manish Gupta both ex SAP employees. Having spent several years at SAP they were keen to better leverage their ideas and convictions about where the SAP consulting Industry was headed. This is where DreamWeaver was born as an SAP Concept Company focused on providing; Industry leading SAP consulting services and “easy to consume” productized consulting solutions.
The DreamWeaver team strongly believes that the SAP consulting Industry is going through a major transformation. We believe the future will be led by companies that are nimble and able to drive shorter implementation cycles leveraging pre-built solution blocks based on the best practices and standards. With the advent of Cloud based solutions and the concept of the quick plug and play approach, traditional lengthy SAP implementations are now a thing of the past. That approach is just too expensive and slow with the ROI difficult to justify. The modular approach for SAP enablement is the way to go as proposed via our DCS approach. This approach will dramatically cut Time to Value for any solution enablement.
However, the DCS approach can only be driven by companies with a deep subject matter expertise in specific domains. This is where our differentiation comes in. Our team has by far the strongest subject matter expertise in the SAP Track & Trace/Serialization space in the Industry which is why we are so confident in proposing our DCS approach. We fully understand what Pharmaceutical companies need to address the different compliance requirements across the Globe and have put together different DCS offerings to address each requirement be it for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturer, Wholesaler or Dispenser. We are confident that our conviction in this approach will further cement our market leading position in our Industry.
